Gormandiser Barbecues & Spits provides catering services to Adelaide and the surrounding region. Our business specialises in genuine spit roasts and professionally cooked charcoal barbecues. Gormandiser BBQs first started in 1981, serving the public of Adelaide, with our delicious spit roasts and charcoal BBQs. Jason Trench, the current owner took over the business in 2010, and has 30 years experience as a fully qualified chef.
Our Menu Options
The choice of meat is up to you! Experience has shown pork and lamb to be the most popular combination for a spit roast. Full lambs or pigs are also available, with prices on application. The charcoal barbecue is usually four meats of your choice. Each menu is served with your selection of fresh, homemade salads or vegetables. Bread rolls and butter, sauces and eco-friendly disposables are also included. A second serve of the meat course is available to those with a large appetite, all served by our friendly staff, buffet style.
